| Cindy Rashid is a self-taught watercolor artist. She has always enjoyed being creative in many facets of her life. Cindy is a native to Michigan, married with four adult children and grandchildren. Inspiration is found all over Michigan and also Florida where she spends a great deal of time. Using transparent watercolor pigments, along with the use of light and shadow, are key to her styles. Cindy is a member of the Huron Valley Council for the Arts, in Highland Michigan. She is also a member of the Village of Fine Arts Association of Milford Michigan. Cindy received the VFAA Artist of the Year Award for 2014. |
